Only God can and does do the things that have been going on! Well, COLORS (http://www.colorsinallcaps.com/) is an organization I have the oppurtunity to work with and pour into. It's basically fighting anti sex trafficking creatively and I REALLY encourage the couple of people that stumble upon this blog to check out their stuff and what their about. Steen and Jess are two incredible women and I'm super excited to be able to work under their leadership and passion for Christ. Colors is paired with Destiny Rescue which you MUST check out for many reasons: one being their awesome and another I'll get to later.
Well, amongst the craziness of life, God has blessed me as always with more and more friends who have a BURNING desire for Christ and His will, which is soo encouraging to witness. Gosh this is so awesome I want to build suspense with three dots. ... Alright, here we go. So little ole' me wants to help with sex trafficking in India, you know the story, but I wanted it to be totally of God where and when and how I get there. So Fall 2012 is a definite... but the organization has been undecided for quite some time now, I realized after my last blog that 6 months was limiting what God wants me there for so I knew it wasn't it, but it ends up Destiny Rescue has a home in India... Go figure. I'm still unsure if this is the organization, but my heart wells up with joy from the idea that the Lord of the UNIVERSE is holding and molding us into who we are to be in Him.
For whoever reads this as mere curiosity and to those who are closer to me than my epadermis, the one and only God, the one who walked in the Flesh in Nazareth, Jesus Christ, who enabled the Spirit to come live in us through His death by the cross Loves you and me, children who are so undeserving.
Challenge: Do something. Missions aren't only out of the country, in fact, the Western Church needs an inner revival. Stand up! Do what your heart breaks over.
